We are currently representing a well established consultancy who are seeking an experienced Chartered or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential and industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying services from pre-contract through to post-contract stages.

Provide accurate cost estimates, financial reporting, and advice to clients and project teams.

Lead and mentor junior team members, offering guidance on complex issues and ensuring best practices are followed.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.

Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on time, identifying and mitigating risks as required.
Key Requirements:

Chartered status (MRICS) or significant relevant experience in a senior QS role.

Proven experience in managing a variety of projects across different sectors.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.

Excellent understanding of cost management, project lifecycle, and procurement strategies.

A proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
