Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a hands-on, experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead and support our engineering team on-site in Newcastle. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in HVAC systems and proven leadership abilities in a commercial or facilities environment.
You will be responsible for supervising HVAC installations, service, and maintenance works, ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day HVAC operations, installations, and maintenance tasks

Allocate work and manage a team of engineers and subcontractors

Provide technical support and troubleshooting on HVAC systems

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to coordinate works

Conduct quality checks, site audits, and ensure adherence to project specifications

Maintain accurate records, reports, and timesheets

Assist with procurement and material management

Report on project progress, workforce performance, and site issues to management
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in HVAC or building services supervision

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation

Strong understanding of health & safety legislation

Competent with basic IT and reporting systems
-
Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally as required
