Quantity Surveyor

Location: North of England (flexible depending on project location)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to be part of something forward-thinking and meaningful? The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial elements of residential projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and high standards are upheld throughout. What’s on Offer • Competitive salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) • Car allowance • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays • Pension scheme • Private healthcare • Company bonus scheme The Ideal Candidate • Solid grounding in quantity surveying principles • Background in main contracting or housebuilding • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (accredited) • Able to run projects independently and manage all trade packages • Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels • Excellent at prioritising and managing multiple deadlines • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying areas for improvement • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Well-organised and reliable with excellent time management • Holds a full UK driving licence What to Expect The process starts with a friendly, informal conversation via Teams or phone with me, Rachel Scott.
