- Create accurate 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop coordinated BIM models that align with project requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit BIM models and related documentation in accordance with local BIM Submission System (e.g., BCA’s BIM e-submission standards) guidelines and protocols.
- Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and detail drawings from BIM models with high precision and adherence to design standards.
- Conduct clash detection using BIM tools and coordinate with different disciplines to resolve conflicts early in the design process.
- Update BIM models regularly to reflect design changes and ensure all drawings and data remain consistent with project developments.
- Maintain and apply standardized templates, families, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
- Manage model data and file structures in accordance with the Common Data Environment (CDE) and company BIM standards.
- Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure models meet both internal and regulatory BIM standards.
- Provide support to team members in BIM tools usage and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM practices within the organization.
Requirements
- Diploma in either Civil Engineering, Sustainable Urban Design & Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or equivalent; or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling
- Competent in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit
- Knowledge of e-BIM submission system
- Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience as BIM Modeller/Coordinator for infrastructure works and sub-utilities like drainage/sewerage
