We’re on the hunt for an Architectural Revit Technician / Interior Designer to join our Property and Construction team. You’ll combine creativity with technical skill to bring our restaurant environments to life, working across new builds and refurbishments with a focus on quality, efficiency, and brand alignment.
About the Role
In this hands-on design role, you’ll:
- Develop Revit layouts and documentation for restaurant projects from concept to construction
- Collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to ensure functionality and brand alignment
- Conduct site inspections and assess design feasibility
- Provide technical support during the fit-out process
- Manage and maintain our Revit library, families, and templates
- Ensure consistency of signage, finishes, and visual identity across locations
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in hospitality or QSR design, with a focus on restaurant fit-outs
- Tertiary qualifications in Drafting, Interior Design, or Architecture
- Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills (2019–2024)
- Experience with BCA, Australian Building Standards, and QSR design requirements
- Strong Revit family creation and documentation abilities
- Excellent attention to detail, project coordination, and communication skills
