We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled labourer to join our team working on an exciting new build housing development in Newcastle. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute to high-quality new build properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out pre-plaster work on new build homes to prepare surfaces for finishing
Handle drilling tasks efficiently and safely
Apply silicone finishes with precision to ensure neat and professional results
Support the site team with general labouring duties as required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in pre-plaster work or similar construction tasks
Valid CSCS card.
Skilled with drills and general handyman tasks
Experience applying silicone finishes or similar sealants
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of workmanship
