Role Overview:

Overseeing project finances, valuations, and cost forecasting

Managing subcontractor payments and variations

Liaising with commercial and site teams to ensure project targets are met

Contributing to budget controls and final account preparation
Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in a Quantity Surveying role for main contractors

Stable work history with previous experience on similar-sized construction projects

Strong commercial awareness and communication skills

Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management preferred
