We’re working with a market-leading Tier 1 building contractor in their search for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their Cardiff-based team. 🔍 The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in the commercial management of projects, working closely with project teams to ensure financial success from start to finish. You’ll be exposed to a variety of schemes – from education and healthcare to commercial and mixed-use developments.
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Ideally 2–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role

Strong commercial acumen and communication skills

Experience working on building projects (main contractor experience preferred)

A team player with the drive to progress and develop
This role would suit either an Intermediate QS seeking more responsibility or an Assistant QS ready to take that next step.
