🔧 The Role
You’ll support the Senior QS and Commercial Manager in the delivery of a major construction scheme, gaining hands-on experience on a flagship project with a nationally recognised main contractor.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with measurement and valuation of works

Supporting procurement and subcontractor administration

Preparing interim applications and cost reports

Maintaining accurate records and assisting with variations

Liaising with operational teams, suppliers and subcontractors

Learning from senior team members to develop your commercial skillset
👤 About You
-
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role (placement or post-graduate) with a main contractor

Degree-qualified or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar

Familiar with construction contracts (e.g. NEC or JCT)

Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, professional environment

Strong attention to detail, with good communication and teamwork skills
