The Opportunity: We’re looking for a capable and commercially sharp Project Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering a new primary school build in Merthyr, South Wales. You’ll be embedded at project level, handling the day-to-day commercial duties and steering change management processes with confidence.
Key Requirements:
Tier 1 main contractor experience
Deep understanding of NEC contracts (ideally Option A/C)
Experience managing change events and forecasting
Proven ability to independently manage project commercial functions
