Working across a variety of sectors, their cost management team provide a comprehensive range of services from cost planning and procurement through to post contract and employers agent services, to support clients through the whole project life cycle.
Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Quantity Surveyor:

Pre and post contract work

Advise on costs involved in building projects

Evaluation of costs and advise on alternatives

Evaluation of tenders

Prepare bills of quantities
-
Prepare final accounts
Skills & Experience of the Graduate Quantity Surveyor:
-
Graduate with a degree in Quantity Surveying
-
The ambition to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor
-
Accurate numeracy skills and a methodical approach to working

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
