With multiple live refurbishment projects across Commercial, Education, Heritage, Industrial and Residential, this role offers you full commercial control and the chance to lead from the front.

Role
-
Manage commercial aspects of 2–4 live projects

Report directly to the Commercial Director

Oversee contracts and subcontractor accounts

Mentor Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyors

Ensure compliance with internal systems and documentation standards

Collaborate with operational teams for seamless project delivery

Build and maintain strong client relationships
Candidate Profile
-
Previous experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role

Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously

Commercially astute and highly organized

Skilled in mentoring and supporting junior staff

Strong interpersonal skills to nurture client and team relationships
