An exciting opportunity to take lead of a unique, major development project that will provide a notable boost for the local economy and attract more renewable energy companies to the area.
We are supporting our client on an exclusive basis, in search for a Project Manager with demonstratable experience successfully managing complex construction projects. This opportunity is offered on a fixed-term contract, to oversee the main phase of construction that is expected to take around 24 months.
Requirements:
Excellent stakeholder management
Experience with the RIBA Plan of Work (all stages 0-7)
NEC contract administration
Construction project experience
