Planning and supervising of a section of work within a construction project to ensure quality of delivery and progress timelines
Monitoring progress of sub-contracted work on an ongoing basis, and ensuring subcontractors performs to the agreed programme
Guide subordinate in taking corrective action in case of issues
Managing equipment and manpower resources to ensure within budgeted costs
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute the section plan
Overseeing adherence to quality management system with respect to materials, equipment, etc. received from suppliers
Reporting progress against construction plan to clients as per project guidelines; develop strong working relationships with key client representatives
Engage client representative, head contractor and subcontractor to achieve the works targets
Monitoring adherence to safety and environment guidelines and regulations
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Solid experience in project planning and works coordination
NEC experience is preferable
Membership or association to recognized industry bodies or institutes is preferable
Good communication and interpersonal skill
