We are looking for an Electrician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Electrician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Electrician, will be responsible for:

Carry out LED lighting and electrical installations across retail, industrial, commercial, and government sectors.

Work closely with the lighting project team, subcontractors, and project manager to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Interpret and work from electrical drawings, including installation plans, circuit diagrams, and line schematics.

Deliver a high-quality finish first time, minimizing the need for rework.
-
Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
-
Complete all work-related documentation accurately and within required timescales.
-
Work nights and stay away from home as the majority of work occurs outside normal hours (Mon-Fri).

Handle materials and company vehicles responsibly while on site.

Adapt to new technical methods and industry changes by attending required training courses.

Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Work safely at heights of up to 3 metres and manage lifting tasks up to 25kg.

Manage own workload effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Maintain strong customer care and communication throughout projects.
To be successful for this Electrician role you must have:
-
Fully qualified to 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (2383-18 Update).

2391-52 Test and Inspection qualification desirable but not essential (training provided).
-
SSSTS accreditation desirable but not essential (training provided).

Knowledge or willingness to train on EV charging units (desirable).
-
IPAF and PASMA certifications desirable (training provided).
-
Ability and willingness to work nights and stay away from home regularly.

Comfortable working at heights up to 3 metres and lifting weights up to 25kg.

Full UK driving licence.

Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing pressure and deadlines effectively.

Responsible and accountable for company vehicle and materials on board.
