Salary/Rate : £35000 - £37000/annum

Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team, working on void properties, kitchens, and bathrooms within the social housing sector. This will be to cover Birmingham predominately. This is a permanent position with a respected contractor known for valuing and supporting its staff.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:

Carry out electrical installations, testing, repairs, and upgrades in void properties and occupied homes (kitchens and bathrooms).

Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards.

Work both independently and as part of a wider team of tradespeople.

Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or paperwork.
Requirements of the Electrician:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (desirable).
-
Experience in social housing or domestic property maintenance.
-
Full UK driving licence.
