Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing, forward-thinking interior fit outs construction business, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the costs and contracts related to commercial interior fit-out projects up to £5m in value.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar fit out business.

Degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally, Construction Management.

Strong understanding of materials, pricing and contracts.

Nice to have, RICS/CIOB membership.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage project budgets, contracts and variations

Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

Monitor costs, forecast spend and ensure profitability

Collaborate with design and PM teams

Assist in the preparation of tender documentation.

Negotiate and manage the financial implications of design or scope changes.
