Reporting into the Senior Commercial team

Responsible for MEP cost management, procurement, valuations, subcontractor management, and reporting

Strong focus on site-based commercial control during the delivery phase
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in M&E Quantity Surveying

Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts

Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
