Your Role

What You Will Do
- Participate in conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development.
- Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
- Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutions
- Coordination with technical team.
- Participation in business development effort.
Your Qualifications
- BArch/MArch or foreign equivalent, Architectural licensed
- 8+ years of related experience, prefer experience of design large-scale projects such as, corporate headquarters, commercial or mixed-use projects. Experience interpreting building code requirements in designs, coordination with consultants.
- Proficient in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, BIM360, Octane, SketchUp , Lumion, Rhino, V-Ray, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience using and applying VR and/or AR as applicable to the architectural design process is a plus
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- LEED accreditation a plus
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills
