Job Title: MEP CAD Coordinator
Location: London (Holborn)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP CAD Coordinator to join their established team in Holborn, London. With a network of 12 offices across the UK, this firm delivers high-quality work on a range of commercial and industrial building projects, primarily focused on existing buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce and coordinate detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate delivery.
Work on refurbishment and upgrade projects within commercial and industrial buildings.
Support the implementation of CAD standards and best practices across the business.
Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and clients as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar MEP CAD coordination role.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).
Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Experience working on existing building projects preferred.
