The Role:
As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll assist in managing the financial aspects of construction projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience and work closely with senior colleagues on exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with estimating costs, preparing budgets, and managing finances for projects.

Help produce tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

Support the procurement process, including liaising with subcontractors.

Monitor and report on project costs, variations, and progress.

Work with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Assist with final account preparation and project close-outs.
What We’re Looking For:

A degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related subject.

Some experience in construction (including internships or placements) is helpful but not essential.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ambition to grow.

Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with surveying software is a plus.
