Tenant liaison Officer

Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) has been instructed to recruit for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer for a Regional Building Contractor.

The ideal candidates will have a background in Social housing tenancy or have worked in a customer facing role within the social housing sector.

Responsibilities of the Tenant Liaison Officer include:

* Supporting our team and residents on large housing projects working to programme

* Co-ordinating, monitoring, tracking and supporting the annual works programme

* Liaising with tenants and contractors

* Logging risks

* Producing weekly performance reviews and completion programmes

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

CSCS Card preferred

Basic understanding of construction in social housing

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills
