Person specification
You must have successfully delivered projects for a reputable contractor.
Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations.
Knowledge of refurbishment and strucural works
Good communication skills with relevant paperwork and documentation.
Worked on residential refurbishment projects
Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
You must have current CSCS (Black), SMSTS certificates
