🔹 Strong experience in highways & civil engineering projects
🔹 Proven track record managing road narrowing & 279 schemes
🔹 Excellent leadership & problem-solving skills
🔹 SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifications (preferred)
🔹 Ability to drive projects to completion on time & within budget
