Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Telford
Contract Length: ASAP start – until Christmas (with potential extension)
Rate: £280 – £290 per day
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a complete new build project in Telford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction sites from groundwork through to completion, with strong experience in civils, reinforced concrete (RC) frames, and timber frame builds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on manager who can drive progress on-site, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all site activities for a new build project.

Oversee civils, RC frame, and timber frame works.

Supervise subcontractors and direct labour.
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
*
Monitor progress against programme, maintaining high standards of quality.

Chair site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams.
*
Handle site documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects.
*
Strong background in civils, RC frame, and timber frame construction.
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and First Aid certification required.
*
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
