Site Manager

Our client a leading construction company are looking for a Site Manager

The project will include the demoliton of an existing building and construction of a large commercial building in its place

Please note this is a prestige project and as such applicants will have worked within a similar environment.

Ideally we are looking for a local candidate

Applicants must hold the following

* SMSTS

* First aid

* Temporary works cert preferred

* Good knowledge of major demo/refurbishment of old building an advantage

* Good knowledge of procore preferred

* Good IT skills

* Able to monitor programmes

* Carry out sub-contractor site meeting

* Local to Grimsby area

* Willing to work weekends if required
