Role: Sitre Manager - Main Contractor
Location: Croydon
Salary: £280-£320 Per day
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in refurbishment to join our client, a freindly family run Main Contactor in the Croydon area. This project will run until the end of the year with potentrial for future work.
You will oversee the external & internal refurbishment works of a school, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
✅ Must have DBS clearance, CSCS, SMSTS
✅ Proven experience managing refurbishment projects
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
✅ Ability to drive a project from start to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery
✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
