Site Manager (Night Shift) – 3-Week Contract –Supermarket Fit-Out

Working Hours: Night Shift (08:00 – 18:00)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Fairmead is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of a basement beneath a retail shop, transforming it into a break room. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple trades efficiently during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all site operations and ensuring smooth project delivery
* Coordinating and supervising trades to maintain progress and quality
* Ensuring all health & safety regulations are met, including fire safety compliance
* Problem-solving on-site issues with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Keeping the project on schedule and within scope
Requirements:
* SMSTS, First Aid, H&S awareness and Fire Marshall certification (essential)
* Strong experience in shop fit-outs and basement projects
* A results-driven attitude with excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage site logistics and ensure an efficient workflow
* Must be available for night shifts on the given dates
