I am working alongside a specialist contractor who operate heavily across the UK, delivering schemes within the renewable energy sector. My client are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new project being delivered for a valued client in Lincolnshire.
Site manager responsibilities:
* Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
* Managing plant, labour and materials.
* Managing the day to day running of site operations.
* Site diaries.
* Look ahead programs.
* Progress reports.
* RAMS.
* Managing health and safety.
* Communicating with key stake holders.
* Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site.
Site manager requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* CSCS card.
* SMSTS.
* First aid.
* Competent persons.
* SR163 - Accreditation - (Beneficial).
* Previous experience working on large scale infrastructure and civils projects.
* Full UK driving licence.
