The Project:
Main Contractor is looking for a Site Manager to lead the site as a No1 on a £3.3m refurb of car showroom & workshop.
The Role:
With circa 7/8 months programme, the client is looking for a lead site manager who can deliver the project from start to handover leading the project from the front.
Experience needed:
·Must have good level of No1 Site Management Experience in refurb & new build commercial property.
·Car showroom experience / motor retail.
Able to communicate with Clients, Architects, & other professionals as well as sub contractors & suppliers.
Experience with High Quality Internal Fitout / Experience & detailed understanding of Groundworks, steelwork, cladding & curtain walling is essential.
Quality Management - making sure a high standard is maintained.·Trade background (ideally)
Qualifications: SMSTS | CSCS | First Aid at Work
