I am working alongside a specialist contractor who are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a specialist civils and infrastructure package being delivered on the South coast. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge and background within civils, utilities and buried services.
Site manager responsibilities:
* Working closely alongside and reporting to the project manager.
* Managing plant, labour and materials.
* Working closely alongside the commercial team and assisting with commercial aspects.
* RAMS.
* Record keeping.
* Site supervision.
* Progress meetings.
* Liaising with the client and local authorities.
* Ensuring health and safety compliance.
Site manager requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* Diploma or degree.
* CSCS - Gold, Black or white.
* SMSTS.
* First aid.
* Cat & genny ticket.
* Previous experience with buried services and groundworks.
* Full UK driving licence.
* IT literate.
