We are currently recruiting for the role of a high calibre Site Foreman to manage the construction of a accommodation project based in Dublin City Centre.

Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, leading our site team to manage delivery of one of our high quality development projects.

Key responsibilities:

Typically, the candidate will be expected to undertake the following duties:

* Provide leadership and management to the project construction team to drive high standards ensuring that the required resources are in place for the construction team.

* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring subcontractors work in alignment with the program of works.

* Identify buildability challenges and propose construction methods that offer cost or program advantages.

* Responsible for accurate, transparent reporting and forecasting.

* Preparation and delivery of Daily / Weekly /Monthly Work Plans to set out key project delivery parameters including Resourcing / Procurement / Programme management along with Identification of key project risks and associated mitigation measures.

* Responsible for project delivery to the required quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards, in full compliance with Planning Permission, Building Regulations and all other relevant standards.

* Manage and own the relationships with project subcontractors and design teams ensuring efficient sequencing of the works and information production.

* Develop and manage relationships with key project stakeholders.

The Candidate:

* Background in large scale mixed residential or commercial construction with a proven track record of successfully leading project teams – 10+ years of experience

* Excellent working knowledge of latest construction methodologies, building regulation and certification standards

* Strong negotiation skills, good spoken and written communication skills

* Methodical, excellent attention to detail and accurate with an ability to co-ordinate a number of different priorities at the same time.

* Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative and willing to work in a team.

Package:

* Competitive salary 60,000 to 80,000 Euros
