What you will do:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose existing plumbing issues in residential homes, with the ability to sell solutions. 
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs with a focus on promoting upgraded products and services. 
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes with the capability to recommend necessary upgrades or replacements. 
• Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customers, performing designated work and proactively solving problems. 
• Document plumbing work performed and provide guidance to assistants or apprentices. 
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions. 

What you need:

• Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• At least 1 year of experience in residential plumbing service & repair
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Physical dexterity. 
• E. Dennis may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
