Project oversight including setting priorities and developing objectives, project financial management, as well as hands-on involvement in the design process on an extensive array of projects.
Mentor less-experienced structural staff.
Manage and lead projects.
Development of proposals and tracking potential projects and clients, playing a key role in business development activities that would continue building our backlog in FL.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Masterβs degree with a structural emphasis preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design of buildings.
Project Management experience is preferred.
Professional registration as a PE in FL and ability to gain registration in other states as required for work.
The ability to serve as a technical structural resource for a multi-disciplined team.
Proficient with Bluebeam and REVIT.
Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members.
Experience in business development and project development processes, including marketing activities, client development, project tracking and proposal development is preferred.
