A leading main contractor renowned for delivering high-spec CAT B fit-outs is immediately looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join for a prestigious £40m commercial project in London. The contractor is known for working on some of the capital’s most complex and design-led interiors, collaborating with top-tier clients and architects.

The Role:

Overseeing the full commercial lifecycle of a high-value CAT B fit-out
Managing cost control, procurement, and contract negotiations
Ensuring premium finishes and delivering within budget
Working alongside an experienced commercial team, reporting to a senior commercial lead

Requirements:

Extensive CAT B fit-out experience within commercial interiors
Track record of managing £10m+ fit-out projects
Excellent commercial acumen with experience in cost reporting and subcontractor management
