Senior Quantity Surveyor - North London - £80k - £85k + package
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all commercial aspects of projects.
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
Lead procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct risk assessments and provide financial reporting.
Collaborate with project teams to drive efficiency and cost control.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong background in new build projects, ideally steel frame structures.
Excellent commercial awareness and contract management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
