Senior Quantity Surveyor

Sphere Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client, an award-winning technical services company. Due to continued expansion they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and financial forecasting on a large scheme in Bude. You’ll oversee procurement, risk management, and client billing while ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cost control, forecasting & WIP reporting.
* Contract & subcontractor management.
* Procurement, invoicing & supplier negotiations.
* Client engagement & business development.
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ QS experience with NEC3/4, JCT & bespoke contracts.
* Experience as a principal contractor on large-scale projects.
* HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
* Must hold a CSCS card.
* M&E experience preferred.
* Must be able to pass BPSS clearance
Package:
* Salary circa £75,000-£80,000 and car package
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday
