As a Senior Conceptual Designer, you will lead the creative direction of high-profile commercial and hospitality projects from initial concept through to completion. You'll work closely with international clients and a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and world-class design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present bold, inspiring design concepts for commercial and hospitality spaces.
• Lead the creative direction across all stages of the design process—from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and project alignment.
• Produce high-quality design presentations, drawings, and documentation.
• Guide junior designers and contribute to the studio’s creative culture.

 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in conceptual design, ideally with a strong portfolio in commercial and hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
• Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and space planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be willing to relocate to Dubai.
