Company:
M&E division of a contractor who specialises in transforming commercial spaces within the retail, leisure, and commercial sectors. They offer comprehensive services, including construction, consolidation, fixture procurement, and mechanical and electrical installation.
The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 project managers and your team will deliver c£1m of M&E projects across 1 or 2 retail clients.
You will act as client lead / account manager and have full P&L responsibility for your projects / client.
Typical projects will include M&E retail store fit outs to M&E asset replacements and upgrades to open / operating stores.
Client include supermarkets and blue chip retailers.
The Person:
You will have an electrical trade background and have managed commercial or retail M&E installations. Previous commercial / P&L responsibility is essential.
The Salary:
£60,000 to £65,000
