Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
Significant post qualification experience
CIAT accredited or working towards
Retail experience is beneficial
Manage and support a team
Create excellent technical designs
Positive and driven approach to work
Able to manage deadlines
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
Able to run projects from start to completion
Proficient in Revit
