O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager/Quality inspector with strong experience of remediation and recladding projects for a consultancy who have been awarded a new project in the Southwest London area. The project is legacy work on a residential project and they will require someone with strong experience of external wall insulation, a membership to a relevant construction body and experience of working on live buildings and strong technical façade knowledge.
To be considered for this role, you must have;
Previous experience working on residential recladding projects
Chartership from a relevant construction organisation
The ability to commute to the project and ideally able to commute to central London for future projects
Site tickets i.e. CSCS etc
