Your Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Repairs Supervisor, Reactive Maintenance Team Leader, or Site Supervisor (with relevant repairs experience).
Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Valid SSSTS certification.
Valid UK driving license.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in social housing is highly desirable.
