We are seeking a skilled QS to join our clients Contracts Division, working on high-profile social housing programmes across London and the Southeast. The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor (QS), you will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and maintaining financial control across multiple contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
· Cost Management - Producing monthly CVRs, validating weekly measurements and valuations
· Procurement & Supply Chain Management - Securing and managing subcontractor accounts and contracts
· Risk Management - Maintaining a commercial risk register and supporting operational teams
· Cost Analysis & Reduction - Identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and cost savings
· Contract Reviews & Compliance - Ensuring accurate and fair contract administration
