Our client, a reputable chartered quantity surveying firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
They have offices based in Buckingham, Chesterfield and London.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Provide expert advice on cost estimation, budgeting, and project finance.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Prepare accurate and detailed reports on project progress and financial status.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
