My client is an established fit out contractor, based in Central London who specialise in managing commercial, retail and hotel fit out projects throughout the UK.
Due to a new framework being awarded, an opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.
You will be working with the Hotel and Retail team on a 3 year framework where you'll be responsible for the management of refurbishment and fit out projects with values ranging from £100k to £2m based on an agreed schedule of rates.
Experience of working with a schedule of rates on roll out projects on a framework basis is required for this role. 2 to 3 days a week working from home is being offered with the remaining days being based in the office in London and on site. Some travel to sites within the UK will be required for this role and it would be preferred if you can drive
