The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site operations and manage refurbishment projects up £3m. The successful candidate will oversee all site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, programming, and site operations.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and materials.
Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Promote sustainable practices and efficient waste management.
Foster strong relationships with architects, surveyors, and clients.
Candidate Requirements:
CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work.
Proven experience managing projects up to £3m in value.
Strong IT skills for communication and project documentation.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
