We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Residential Build Team. This role offers the chance to lead major residential projects from pre-construction through to handover, managing budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure smooth delivery and top-quality results.

What You'll Be Doing:

👉 Budget and Cost Control – Manage project finances, including revenue, costs, and cash flow, keeping everything on track and profitable.
👉 Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
👉 Reporting and Forecasting – Provide regular, accurate project updates and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
👉 Quality and Safety – Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.
👉 Team Leadership – Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring everyone is aligned and working efficiently.

What You’ll Need:

✔️ Residential Build Experience – Proven track record of managing large-scale residential projects from start to finish.
✔️ Contract Knowledge – Strong understanding of residential construction contracts and industry regulations.
✔️ Financial and Programme Management – Confident in handling project budgets and schedules.
✔️ Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software like ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
✔️ Certifications – SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid are essential.
