We are currently recruiting for the role of a high calibre Project Manager to manage the construction of a student accommodation project based in Dublin City Centre.
Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, leading our project and site teams and key stakeholders to manage delivery of one of our high quality development projects.
Key responsibilities:
Typically, the candidate will be expected to undertake the following duties:
* Responsible for project delivery to the required quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards, in full compliance with Planning Permission, Building Regulations and all other relevant standards.
* Preparation and delivery of Project Delivery Plan to set out key project delivery parameters including Procurement Strategy, Baseline Programme/target programme, Budget targets, along with Identification of key project risks and associated mitigation measures.
* Manage the commercial delivery of the project in conjunction with the commercial team.
* Manage and own the relationships with project subcontractors and design teams ensuring efficient sequencing of the works and information production.
* Develop and manage relationships with key project stakeholders.
* Provide leadership and management to the project construction team to drive high standards ensuring that the required resources are in place for the construction team.
* Responsible for accurate, transparent reporting and forecasting.
The Candidate:
* Background in large scale mixed residential or commercial construction with a proven track record of successfully leading project teams.
* Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
* Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
* Strong commercial, negotiation skills, good spoken and written communication skills
* Methodical, excellent attention to detail and accurate with an ability to co-ordinate a number of different priorities at the same time.
* Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative and willing to work in a team.

* Competitive salary 90,000 Euros to 110,000 Euros
