Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects across the industrial, residential, and commercial sectors.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including funds, investors, and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage resources and address project challenges.
Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and project efficiencies. What They’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with a background in industrial, residential, or commercial projects.
Experience working with investors, funds, and key stakeholders to drive project success.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with clients and teams at all levels.
A proactive and problem-solving approach to project delivery.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and industry best practices.
Ideally, a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field (but not essential).
