I am hiring for a Project Manager on behalf of my client, a well-established construction company delivering turnkey residential and commercial projects. This is a permanent role based on-site in Crystal Palace, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full project management responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Acting as the number one on-site, leading all aspects of construction from inception to completion.
* Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth project progression.
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong background in delivering turnkey residential and commercial projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
